Local community of Alikana: In the courtyard of the holy church of Agios Thyrsos of the local community of Alykanas, a marble memorial was constructed in the form of a rectangle crowned with an equal sided triangle, on which a wreath of laurel branches has been carved. On the front of the monument, there is also a relief representation, with a full-face figure of a woman holding a laurel branch in her left hand. Below the female figure is the inscription: Alikanas 1986. The monument was inaugurated in 1972, and was originally located at another site, from which it was moved to the present site in 1986. According to information, in its original form, the names of soldiers from the village, who were killed were written on it.
