On the plateau of the holy church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, in Lagadakia, a marble column has been placed, where it bears an engraved representation of a laurel wreath and the verses from the ode "To Ieros Lochos" by Andreas Kalvos: "Oh! Genuine children of Greece, the fallen who went into the fight fearlessly" The monument was built in 1997.
